By using the services provided by Event Daddy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, vendors, and users who engage with our professional event management services. As the best event company in Gurgaon, Event Daddy is committed to delivering high-quality, transparent, and reliable event solutions, and these terms are designed to ensure a clear and smooth working relationship for all parties involved.

  • These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Event Daddy.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
  • Your continued use of our services after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Event Daddy provides a comprehensive suite of event management services including but not limited to:

  • Full event planning and conceptualization for weddings, corporate summits, and social celebrations.
  • Vendor sourcing, coordination, and management.
  • On-site event day coordination and logistics management.
  • Venue selection advisory and booking assistance.
  • Budget planning and financial management of event expenses.

All services are subject to availability and specific resource allocation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.

To secure our services for your event, a formal booking process must be completed:

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the duly signed service agreement along with the required advance deposit. As one of the best event planners in Gurgaon, Event Daddy follows a transparent and structured booking process to ensure clarity, commitment, and smooth execution for all events.
  • Advance booking is highly recommended, especially during peak seasons in India (typically October to March).
  • Modifications to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional planning fees.
  • Specific dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon deposit payment.

We follow a transparent and structured payment schedule to ensure smooth event execution:

  • A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the date.
  • 50% of the total estimated cost is due 30 days prior to the event.
  • The final 25% balance must be settled 7 days before the event execution.
  • Any additional costs incurred during the event will be invoiced separately post-event.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Deposits are non-refundable as they cover administrative costs and venue/vendor blocking.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total estimated budget.
  • Postponements are subject to availability and may involve a rescheduling fee. As the best event company in Gurgaon, Event Daddy strives to handle cancellations and rescheduling requests professionally while minimizing inconvenience to our clients and partners.

Event Daddy strives for perfection, but we must define the limits of our liability:

  • We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors, although we manage them.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment by guests.
  • We recommend clients obtain event insurance for high-value celebrations.
